We can deliver your order by Classic Delivery for £6 or Platinum Delivery for £4 per address. Delivery is complimentary for orders over £150 to one address.
Please allow 3 working days for preparations and handling. A select of our merchandise  placed by 1.30pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays. If you have placed a special order this may take longer.

Please allow an additional 5 working days for engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand engraved and monogrammed items to be processed then 7 working days for delivery.  


Currently we are  able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of these countries, please contact our Personal Shopping team on rosegoldandsilverofficial@gmail.com. Our team is available Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00; closed Sundays and public holidays.

RETURN POLICY
Rosegold&Silver offers complimentary shipping for any item that you'd like to return. Simply contact us stating your reasons, we will send you the Returns Shipping Label to print.  Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest returns location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 working  days of return.

Kindly note that Rosegold&Silver does not accept exchanges or refunds on any damaged or engraved and customised pieces.
